Festival Internacional de Benicássim

Every summer since 1995, on the sunny Mediterranean Spanish coast takes place one of the most popular and important European music events: The Benicassim International Festival. It is usually held in July or August in Benicassim, 80 km north of Valencia, and it lasts a few days. But what we are talking about is not just a festival, it is a unique experience for all those who are looking for good music, fun and sun, all in the same place. The festival site is a 100,000 square meters area with several stages, a big screen where the concerts are shown, the FIB Market, the FIB Shop and many bars and restaurants. As it is located not far from the beach so you can enjoy the summertime during the day since the concerts go on at night. And if you choose to live in one of the three camping areas surrounding the festival site and which open a few days before the concerts start, you will also have the chance of meeting people from all over Europe.


Every year the festival boasts famous artists and bands, such as Depeche Mode, Franz Ferdinand, Madness, Morrissey, Placebo, Scissor Sister, Oasis, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Underworld and much more!...
The festival also supports a range of other activities such as dance, sculpture, theatre and film shorts.
